App-Specific Information

Claude Counter

Claude Counter stores all your counters, settings, and preferences locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync:

  • iCloud Sync: Your counter data is synced across your Apple devices using your personal iCloud account. This data is encrypted and stored in your iCloud storage, not on our servers.
  • Widgets: Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets display your counter data. This data never leaves your device.
  • No Third Parties: We don't use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Nitrox Helper

Nitrox Helper performs all calculations locally on your device:

  • Local Storage: All diving parameters and calculations are stored locally on your device.
  • No Network Access: The app does not require or use internet connectivity.
  • Safety First: Your diving safety data stays private and secure on your device.

Calendar Counter

Calendar Counter handles all date calculations offline:

  • Local Data: All events, dates, and calculations are stored locally on your device.
  • Calendar Access (Optional): If you grant permission, the app can read calendar events to help you track dates. This data is never transmitted or stored outside your device.
  • Complete Privacy: Your important dates and milestones remain completely private.

iCloud Sync

Some of our apps offer optional iCloud sync to keep your data synchronized across your Apple devices. When you enable iCloud sync:

  • Your app data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account
  • We have no access to your iCloud data
  • Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy applies to this data
  • You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings

App Permissions

Our apps may request the following permissions. These permissions are used solely for app functionality and never for data collection:

  • Calendar Access (Calendar Counter only): To help you select dates from your calendar. This is optional and can be denied without affecting core functionality.
  • Notifications: To send you reminders for your counters or important dates. All notifications are generated locally on your device.

Contact Forms

When you contact us through our website support forms:

  • We collect only the information you provide (name, email, message)
  • This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry
  • We don't share your contact information with third parties
  • We retain support emails only as long as necessary to resolve your issue
  • You can request deletion of your support communications at any time

Third-Party Services

Solo Software apps do not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The only external service used is Apple's iCloud (if you choose to enable sync), which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Our apps are safe for users of all ages because we don't collect any personal information.

Data Security

Since all app data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account:
